If you need planning permission because you are in a conservation area or a listed
property, we can help. All loft conversions must be built to specifications that meet Planning constraints, Building regulations and the relevant Structural requirements.
Every loft conversion has to obtain Building Regulations from the Local Authority. This is to ensure all works that take place are checked by structural engineers and local building
inspectors.
The average loft conversion will be completed in 5 to 6 weeks, our
team will respect your home for the full time we are are there.
Our professional tradesman start and complete your conversion, we
are there to go over every stage to make sure you get the dream loft
conversion.
We take full responsibility for all works carried out, from
arranging for all the Tradesmen i.e. Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters etc. to complete all the work,
they all work for us so you do not have to look around,
Throughout the conversion, every effort is made to minimize disruption to your
household, we will use outside access once we get the roof open.
The cost can be spread over the time of the development, only a 25% deposit is required
upon commencement, with further stage payments after satisfactory inspections by the local authority.
Clients hold 25% of contract price until they receive completion certificate from the local authority.
